We replace or repair electric service panels and systems, waste stacks, water supply lines, hot water heaters, HVAC units to 90+, windows with Energy Star® compliant Low E and Argon, roofs, gutters, soffit and fascia, perimeter waterproofing and sump pump systems, quality stainless steel kitchen appliances, new cabinetry, granite counter tops, ceramic, slate and marble tile, restoration or replacement of wood floors, installation of new doors, to mention only a few of the upgrades to our homes. With a philosophy of conservation, we do preserve working systems that are functioning well and are not beyond 1/2 of their life expectancy. All of our projects are completed with licensed contractors and permits from local municipalities to ensure compliance with local codes.
